We will be at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland again in 2023.  This hotel and venue is located a few minutes from BWI airport and features great dining, entertainment, and four diamond accommodations.

Hilton Garden Inn Shuttle Service

Shuttles will run between Hilton Garden Inn Hanover Arundel Mills BWI Airport and Live! on a continuous basis between the following times: 

  • Saturday, November 4
    • 4:30pm to 10:30pm
  • Sunday, November 5
    • 6:30pm to 10:30am
    • 4:00pm to 8:00pm

Travel & Parking

CLOSEST AIRPORT
Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI)
Terminal Rd, Baltimore, MD 21240
The venue does not have an airport shuttle, but is located 6.5 miles and easily accessible by taxi or ride share.


GROUND PARKING
Available right across from Hotel entrance or in front of Burlington Coat Factory. The closest entrance is the Live! Hotel’s main entrance.


GARAGE PARKING
There are two entrances to the complimentary parking garage on top of Live! Casino. To ensure the closest parking to the Event Center, choose parking levels 3 or higher, to the back close to rows E and F (the elevator bank will be labeled on the right).

Take the elevators down to the Casino level which will let out into the transition area. Turn left into the Event Center area.

FAQs

The event is free to attend as a thank you to the ICS/OT practitioner community. Transportation, lodging, and other incidentals are not included.

DISC 2023 is 100% live and in-person in Hanover, MD.

Due to the sensitive nature of the presentations, the recordings and materials will not be available after the conference. We will share resources where we can and appreciate your understanding.

Yes; please ask colleagues and peers to register their interest for the event.

Dragos will host a welcome reception on Saturday, November 4th, from 6:30 - 9:30 pm, at Live! Hotel Maryland.

During DISC on Sunday the 5th, we will provide complimentary breakfast during registration, lunch, and will again host a happy hour and crab feast following closing remarks.

Capture the Flag will be played entirely online beginning Thursday, November 2 at 12 pm EDT through Saturday, November 4 at 12 pm EDT. Players can drop in anytime during the CTF event.
